Can I return my order

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days depending on where you are located. If you would like the item sooner, you can select "Urgent Delivery" when checking out. We will then arrange for an overnight courier. Please note, all urgent deliveries need to be placed before 11am. Urgent deliveries cannot be arranged on Friday's as couriers do not offer overnight services on a weekend.
Where is my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking location from the courier, this will allow you to see the location of your parcel. If you are still unsure or did not receive tracking information, please email info@roseyandvittori.com and our team will assist you. 
What time can I collect my order from the pick-up address?

If you arrange a pick-up option at check out, you will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. Our warehouse is open from 7:30-16:00pm on Monday to Friday & 7:30-2pm on Fridays. We are not open on the weekends. Please email info@roseyandvittori.com before you collect your order.
